After leaving Booth behind, the two went to the Egyptian millionaire with Cleopatra's Egg and eventually claimed their $300 million. But then something happened: they revealed the billionaire's whereabouts and Interpol detained him.
Six months after Red Notice ends, John and Bishop are shown lounging about when Booth unexpectedly runs into them and informs them that Interpol has frozen all of their assets and that their only remaining option is to accept his offer to work on another project. As the film comes to a close, we see the three of them scouting the location of their next target, the Paris Louvre Museum.
