More QoL updates and a faster boss respawn time are coming in Genshin Impact 4.8.

Livestream: Genshin Impact 4.8 is set for today, and today's regular Developers Discussion has been released, exposing some much-needed QoL improvements that will be included in 4.8. With only one new 5-star character, it was not anticipated that the 4.8 update would have a ton of stuff. Many new features that gamers have been requesting for years will be included to the Genshin Impact 4.8. A brief synopsis of each new feature in version 4.8 is provided here:

draggable-party-spiral-abyss-feature-genshin impact — **Faster Boss Respawn Time:** Bosses will respawn in 10 seconds, excluding Lupus Boreas and Dominator of Wolves.

**Drag Characters in Spiral Abyss Party:** Characters in Spiral Abyss Party are now draggable, making it much easier to change character positions in different parties.

Hoyoverse/Genshin Impact

Dialogue Review: You will now be able to view the dialogue records for the segment of the story or listen to the voice-overs again.
Hide UI and Dialogue Screen: Players will be able to hide all the UI and Dialogue Screen from version 4.8.

Long-Term Encounter Points: Encounter Points will be accumulated and converted to Long-Term Encounter Points, which can be converted back by crafting Condensed Resins. Long-Term Encounter Points will reset at the beginning of each version.
World Level Adjustment: World Level can be adjusted from World Level 3. Players will also get a Lower Difficulty prompt when they are defeated.

Delete Past Quest Resources (Mobile Exclusive): Mobile players can now delete past Quest Resources after completing them to save space on their devices.
