Netflix has finally released the new K-Drama Parasyte: The Grey, which is set in the same world as the well-known manga series Parasyte. The six-episodic frightening series is far from the original, even if it has a similar subject. It has a South Korean setting and fresh characters, unlike Parasyte, which is situated in Japan. Parasyte: The Grey has components that will keep you on the edge of your seat from the very beginning. I have, however, covered the events that occur in the last few minutes of the captivating television program in this piece.

Warning: Spoilers ahead! There are spoilers for the upcoming Netflix K-drama Parasyte: The Grey's finale in this article. So proceed with prudence.

Working for Team Grey, Won-Seok became the largest supporter of the parasites. in a reticent fashion. Because of his selfishness, he supported these hideous animals even though he was a human. But in the closing seconds of Episode 6 of Parasyte: The Grey, we see the Pastor severing his head and assuming control of his body. At that point, Su-in shows up and gives Heidi the ability to take control of her body in order to deal with Won-Seok's parasite.

After a while, Choi Jun-Kyung appears and points her shotgun at Su-in without realizing that a parasite is watching her from the shadows. When Heidi in Su-in's body notices the beast, she chooses to cut its head off in order to rescue Team Grey's captain.

Luckily, Choi recognizes that Won-Seok is a parasite and that he wants her to murder Su-in before firing a shot at her. Choi ultimately chooses to shoot Won-Seok rather than Su-in. Heidi tells Choi how her human host has taught her to trust others even if not everyone she loves and trusts is deserving before returning the body's power to Su-in. Furthermore, the parasite guarantees that people will not be harmed by it.

What Takes Place at the Conclusion of The Grey: Parasyte?

These are some more noteworthy occurrences from the season finale of Parasyte: The Grey.

The Mayor Is Hunted by Parasites

The major goal of the parasitic invasion on Earth wasn't primarily to consume people's brains, as the season finale of Parasyte: The Grey reveals. Actually, their goal was to eat the human organization's brains in order to subjugate mankind. Thus, the parasite living inside of Cheol-Min devises a scheme to find the mayor at the enormous music festival.

Su-in and Kang-Woo, on the other hand, are determined not to let that happen, so they attend the event even though they do not want to kill the parasites this time. The older sister of the latter, Kyung-Hee, also goes with them after being duped by Cheol-Min's parasite.

Kyung-Hee is murdered

When Kyung-Hee witnesses Cheol-Min murdering members of their own race in the penultimate episode, she finally understands what it means to be betrayed. They are on a bus at the time. She then goes up to Su-in and offers to help her battle Cheol-Min and Won-Seok. Kang-Woo doesn't appear to be on board with her idea at first, but in the end he agrees to go along. While Su-in and Kyung-Hee attempt to hide from Choi during the music event, Kang-Woo watches over the mayor. Su-in, however, chooses to divert her in order to give Kyung-Hee more time when Team Grey's leader finds them.Won-Seok may be seen assisting the Pastor in getting closer to the Mayor as she battles Choi. The beast kills the mayor's security men right away, but Kyung-Hee intervenes when it attempts to assault the mayor. Nevertheless, Won-Seok shoots her from behind as she urges Kang-Woo to flee with the mayor. Following that, she begs Kang-Woo's pardon before the parasite kills her.

Kan-Woo and Su-in Resume Their Regular Lives

Following her treatment for the parasites, Su-in keeps up her job as a grocery clerk. One day, Kang-Woo approaches her while she is waiting outside the grocery. He informs her that he has been added to Team Grey by Choi.In addition, Kang-Woo says he will read the note Heidi left for Su-in. He feels upset after reading a portion of it to Su-in, so he asks her to read the remaining words. Kang-Woo mentions that Choi wants Su-in to join the squad before departing.

In Parasyte: The Grey, who is Shinichi?

The last seconds of the film include a journalist visiting Team Grey's headquarters to meet Choi. The camera moves to concentrate on Choi's hand as the journalist introduces himself as Shinichi. For those who don't know, Shinichi was the primary character in the manga/anime series Parasyte: The Maxim.Shinichi has the same transformation into a mutant as Su-in. Migi, his parasyte, also aids Shinichi in battling demons. But in real life, Migi and Shinichi can speak flawlessly, unlike Heidi. By fusing his right hand with Migi's body, Shinichi is able to interact with the parasite whenever he pleases. For this reason, the K-drama's climactic scenes move the emphasis to Shinichi's hand.Although fans have long known that The Grey is canonical to The Maxim, nobody ever anticipated that Shinichi would appear in the show. According to Choi, only Korea has established an agency dedicated to researching and combating parasites. Thus, maybe this explains why Shinichi became interested in Team Grey once he had finished eliminating the parasites in his nation.
