Answer for Connections on April 2

Have you managed to solve the problem yet? Then the following are the answers to today's Connections:

  • THURST – Jab, Poke, Prod, Stick
  • KINDS OF SNAKES – Adder, Boa, Mamba, Mocaasin
  • SEEN IN “CINDERELLA” – Ball, Prince, Pumpkin, Slipper
  • PASTA SHAPES – Bowtie, Elbow, Tube, Wheel

Pasta and fairytales make for a delightful mix in this week's NYT Connections puzzle for April 2. I started my adventure by using terms that corresponded with the Yellow category. I proceeded to the Green category, and as I have a severe fear of snakes, I was already aware of how to avoid them.

Then came the Blue category, and even though I didn't have my Cinderella, terms like Pumpkin and Slipper gave me enough clues to get in.

I took the last four words and put them all together to obtain the Purple category and the April 2 NYT Connections puzzle.
