The flagship model of Intel's 14th generation laptop CPU series, the Core Ultra 9 185H, has leaked in an impressive way before of its scheduled release. Recently, images highlighting important specifications of the next Core i9 CPU based on the 14th-Gen Meteor Lake architecture were published on the Chinese social media site Weibo.
The post containing the leak was removed from Weibo, however the images are still available on X. This leak includes full specs of the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H via the CPU-Z program, as well as the internals of a new laptop based on the Samsung platform, called Meteor Lake.
Hardware leaker @9550pro on X (previously Twitter) was the first to notice this. The laptop range for the Galaxy Book 4 was previously revealed as well. The report made reference to this Core Ultra 9 CPU.
Regarding the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H, the leak indicates that its TDP will reach up to 45W. Given that the P-Core speed is 5087.86MHz, this Core Ultra 9 185H will accelerate to 5.10GHz. There has also been suggestion of a 6P+8E+2LP core arrangement.
The hybrid performance design of Intel's Meteor Lake architecture consists of P-cores, E-cores, and a newly developed core type known as Low-Power Island (LP).
According to the source, the Intel Core Ultra 9 185H will include the previously described configuration in addition to 16 cores and 22 threads. The leak also included a die photo of this specific 14th Gen CPU in addition to CPU-Z Benchmarks. Excessive Here, thermal paste has been applied, and it was not cleaned up by the original leaker prior to the photo.
Interestingly, clear indentations are seen on the Meteor Lake CPU. These seem to be comparable to the Meteor Lake tile structure as described by Intel.
In the single-core test, Intel Core Ultra 9 185H received 767.2 points, while in the multi-core test, it received 8096.9 points . Be aware that these are preliminary figures based on an early engineering sample of a that has not yet been disclosed.Samsung notebook.
