There are a few simple methods to remove Google Lens history if you'd want to get rid of the items you've previously looked for. These search results tend to accumulate over time in your Google account activity. This is the procedure.
Method 1: Use Android

- Launch the Google Lens app.

- Then select See full history.

- Setting up Auto-delete for Lens will automatically delete the history in 3-month, 12-month, and 18-month intervals.
